Noyona is a Chartered Director through the Institute of Directors, non-executive Director for Progressive Building Society, a Council Member for the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is Chair of the Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival.
Noyona is a former Board Member of the Consumer Council and was Chair of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee prior to becoming Chief Executive. Noyona previously held the role of Head of Campaigns and Digital Solutions at Invest Northern Ireland where she led their communications strategy for Northern Ireland, winning multiple internationally recognised awards for marketing and digital innovation.
Sean has 16 years’ experience in the Youth and Community sector, having led a range of frontline services across North Belfast. Sean has held various roles in the Consumer Council since joining in 2021, including Senior Education Officer and Head of Financial Services.
Sean holds a BSC Hons Degree in Community Youth Work, Postgraduate Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders and a MSC Counselling Skills and Therapeutic Communication and is currently a voluntary board member of the YEHA Project.
Before joining the Consumer Council in 2010, Scott managed debt advice services for Citizens Advice Northern Ireland. He has had various roles in financial services including mental health money advice, providing support and representation to clients with enduring mental health conditions, and a regulated financial adviser. Scott also serves as the Consumer Council Data Protection Officer.
Before joining the Consumer Council, Karen worked for the Northern Ireland Local Government Association for over 20 years, most recently as Head of Policy and Governance. She was responsible for leading the development and implementation of NILGA’s policy and governance frameworks, establishing NILGA's policy priorities and delivering on representation and lobbying activity with a focus on strategic impact. Karen has a background in consumer protection, having worked for some time as a local government Environmental Health Officer.
Anne-Marie previously worked in Invest NI in the areas of EU Exit, Internal Communications and oversaw the delivery of customer surveying and multiple international investment events.
William has held various roles in both the public and private sectors as Head of HR in Education, Head of Transformation & Change with an NHS Trust and Director of HR for AssetCo PLC and retains a consulting background. William is a graduate of Ulster University in Business Studies and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
