Wayfair, the online home and furniture retail giant, has announced it is scrapping delivery surcharges to Northern Ireland and Scotland for orders over £40. This will now apply across the entire UK without penalising consumers living in these geographical areas.

The Consumer Council, the statutory complaints body for transport, energy, water and postal services in Northern Ireland, picked up two awards at the 2019 UK Complaints Handling Awards in London.
The Consumer Council welcomes the final report into “Access to Cash” which has been produced by LINK. The report confirmed that consumers are using cash less and less, but as a society we are not yet ready to go cashless.
