Northern Ireland Consumers and Online Detriment

Research into digital literacy in Northern Ireland and issues around digital accessibility and exclusion.

This research was commissioned to further investigate and quantify the digital literacy of the Northern Ireland population. Issues explored included online accessibility and exclusion, confidence using the internet, negative online experiences and general affordability.

There was also a particular focus throughout the report on vulnerable (priority) consumer groups.
