Mobile Roaming Experiences of Northern Ireland Consumers
Consumer experiences of changes to mobile roaming charges.
This research was commissioned to:
- investigate the breadth and depth of the issues that consumers are experiencing as a result of the reintroduction of mobile roaming charges from 1 January 2021; and
- test attitudes to consumer protections that are no longer mandatory from 1 July 2022, such as roaming welcome messages, daily roaming alerts and monthly caps.
