My property was damaged when I was getting gas installed

We had a call from a consumer who recently had gas installed at her property. There were issues with the installation as the company had done some damage to the property. The consumer attempted to contact the company on a number of occasions using different mediums but to no avail.

Resolution

After speaking with The Consumer Council, we were able to communicate with the company and arrange for someone to attend the property and fix it the next day.
