We welcome the opportunity to respond to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) consultation on guidance on cancellations and refunds.

We support the FCA’s proposal to provide guidance to service providers on how they should enable consumers to make insurance, S75 Consumer Credit Act 1974 and ‘Chargeback’ claims.
