The Consumer Council is disappointed to see overall customer satisfaction with bus services at its lowest level for six years, following today’s publication of Translink’s Charter Monitoring Results for Autumn 2014.
The Consumer Council has welcomed today’s announcement by the CAA that they are taking enforcement action against airlines who are not complying with the law.
The Consumer Council is urging consumers to respond to the Translink Ulsterbus Services Consultation to make sure their views are taken into consideration.
The Consumer Council is calling on Translink to be clear on the actual level of fare increases passengers will face when the recently announced increases come into effect on Monday 16th February.

Consumer Council welcomes Supreme Court decisions on compensation for flight delays and cancellation
The Consumer Council welcomes the landmark air decisions by the Supreme Court last week which confirms the rights of passengers caught out by flight delays and cancellations.
