The Consumer Council has a dedicated team, Consumer Protection, which investigates enquiries and complaints on behalf of consumers, free of charge.

We do this by acting on behalf of the consumer and liaising directly with the company involved in an effort to achieve a fair and satisfactory resolution for the individual.
