The service you can expect to receive from us

The Consumer Council is committed to providing excellent customer service and meeting the needs of our customers in a professional manner. 

So that you know what level of service to expect from us, we have a Standards of Service and Customer Charter. Within these, we also explain what to do if we do not meet these standards.
