The Consumer Council will be attending the Young at Heart Retirement Living Exhibition on the 29th March 2017 and staff will be available to members of the public who have any queries on consumer issues, including switching energy supplier. Visit us for advice on complaints you may have in relation to water, energy or transport and take away various leaflets packed full of useful information for consumers. The workshop is aimed at anyone who is retired in Northern Ireland and includes exhibitors relevant to their life style.

Translink Charter Monitoring Results for Spring 2016
The Consumer Council has advised Post Office customers to be aware of a planned 24-hour strike on Thursday 15 September, and to consider if they can visit on a different day or use an unaffected Post Office branch.
