Responding to the results of Translink’s Charter Monitoring survey(I) for Spring 2010, Ryan Simpson, Senior Consumer Affairs Officer at the Consumer Council says: “It’s a welcoming sign that current passengers have a high level of satisfaction with services, yet Translink need to do more to entice people to use public transport. Whilst value for money ratings have increased for Ulsterbus and NI Railways, value for money ratings are slightly down for Metro. However, the Consumer Council is concerned to see passenger journeys fell by 2.5m across all three Translink companies in a year.(II)”
