If your flight is disrupted because of severe weather, your airline is required by European law to inform you of your rights. The Consumer Council has set out what your rights and responsibilities are when your flight is cancelled or delayed because of severe weather.
If your sailing is delayed or cancelled you are entitled to assistance and in certain cases compensation.
