The Consumer Council is pleased to respond to the Utility Regulator’s (UR) consultation on its PC15 draft determination. NI Water has made significant progress in closing the efficiency and performance gap with comparator companies since inception in 2007. Consumers need to see this continue. PC15 offers this opportunity.
The Upper Springfield Whiterock Integrated Partnership are holding an information event on 3rd December in the Whiterock Community Centre from 1.00p.m. – 6.00 p.m. The Consumer Council will be there to provide consumers with information regarding energy switching, energy prices/grants as well as any consumer issues relating to transport, water, money affairs and postal services.
