The Consumer Council's response to A Bolder Vision for Belfast consultation.
In 2021 YouGov conducted a survey to provide us with an insight into consumer issues across Northern Ireland. This report covers the key findings on consumers household expenditure, if they shop around for essential goods and services and switch and save. In addition, it also highlights if they have been targeted by scams and how well they know their consumer rights.
- Cost of Living
- EU Exit
- Consumer Skills
- Personal Finances
We commissioned research to explore the speed of digitalisation and the reliance consumers have on technology. This report also looks at how this is impacting Northern Ireland consumers now and how it will impact them in the future.
This consumer friendly report lays out the key findings and final recommendations.
