We welcome the opportunity to comment on the Competition and Markets Authority's (CMA) Annual Plan 2021/22 and look forward to working with the CMA over the next year. The Consumer Council agree with the overall direction and themes of focus contained in the 21/22 draft Annual Plan.
The Consumer Council is consulting on its draft Corporate Plan 2021-2024, which sets out the strategic direction of the organisation over the next three years.
Our Corporate Plan 2021-2024 provides the foundation of our annual Forward Work Programmes, covering statutory and non-statutory functions, and outlines how we plan to use our resources to meet our future ambitions.
We will publish the final version of the Plan in 2021.
