The Consumer Council is disappointed to see overall customer satisfaction with bus services at its lowest level for six years, following today’s publication of Translink’s Charter Monitoring Results for Autumn 2014.
The Consumer Council is 30 years old today! To mark the occasion the Consumer Council is releasing 30 photographs, one per day for 30 days, via social media of 30 people who tell the story of the Consumer Council and the work it has achieved over the last 30 years. Helping the Consumer Council celebrate are longest & shortest serving staff members, Chris Stafford who has 29 years service and Jill Cunningham who is on work placement with the Consumer Council.

Belmore Court and Motel has been congratulated by the Consumer Council for making savings of nearly £1,000 a year by becoming more water efficient.
