The Consumer Council is to attend the Fermanagh County Show on the 7th and 8th of August and staff will be available to members of the public who have any queries on consumer issues.

In preparation for EU Air Passenger Rights Day, the Consumer Council conducted an online survey to examine consumers’ awareness of the rights of passengers with a disability or reduced mobility when travelling by air.
As the Ulster Bank technical difficulties enter a third week, the Consumer Council has urged management at the bank to establish and execute a plan which will resolve the situation quickly and efficiently for customers according to CEO Antoinette McKeown.
