This research was commissioned to gauge Northern Ireland consumers’ views and experiences of EU Exit in 2024. It explores general consumer concerns and issues in relation to consumer rights, price increases, food shopping, travel and cross border shopping. 

Protecting consumers during the energy transition to net zero: Installer and stakeholder feedback 2024

This report has been conducted as part of the Northern Ireland Energy Strategy Action Plan. It is supplementary to The Utility Regulator and Consumer Council Call for Evidence on Protecting Consumers during the Energy Transition to Net Zero undertaken in 2022.

Attitudes to the Energy Transition Summary Report

The energy transition will mean significant changes to how people live, eat, travel, and heat their homes. We need to achieve a just and fair transition by ensuring affordability, security of energy supply and protection for all consumers, particularly for vulnerable citizens.

Report on Special Assistance at City of Derry Airport - March 2019

This report details the findings of a meeting in March 2019 of the City of Derry Airport’s Accessibility Forum which involved a tour of the airport building. This was the first meeting of the Accessibility Forum, which is made up of a range of organisations which represent consumers with a disability or reduced mobility.

This report details the findings of a meeting in February 2019 of the George Best Belfast City Airport’s Accessibility Forum which involved a tour of the airport building.
