Sometimes we use research companies to conduct research on our behalf. It is important for us to carry out research to find out what concerns consumers have, so we can develop policies and provide better information to help consumers.

We do this by telephone or face-to-face. 

If a researcher calls to your door always be prepared to ask for ID. If you have any concerns about phone calls, please contact us.
