The Consumer Council is calling all advice and community workers to brush up on their knowledge on the rights of passengers when travelling by air and sea. The Consumer Council is delivering a free seminar on air and sea passenger rights in the Canal Court Hotel, Newry on Friday, 20 September at 10.00am Ė 12:30pm.
