Calling all businesses – Complete our Energy Information Survey
The Consumer Council is today launching an online survey to find out what information and resources Northern Ireland businesses and non-profit organisations need to help them reduce their energy bills.
Speaking about the survey Richard Williams, Head of Energy at the Consumer Council said: “Part of our role is to represent the interest of businesses on energy matters.
“We do this by providing information to help businesses cut costs, improve knowledge of their rights and to act responsibly. We also handle complaints on their behalf and last year alone we helped businesses get back £200K after investigating their electricity bill complaints.
Richard concluded “We are currently undertaking a short survey with business to help us identify what energy information is most useful for them and the most effective way of communicating this information. We will use the findings from the survey to tailor our energy information and activities for businesses.”
The survey will close on Friday 25 March. To complete the survey please visit www.consumercouncil.org.uk and click on the link ‘Energy Survey for Businesses’.
