The Consumer Council, which last month took on additional responsibilities regarding postal services in Northern Ireland, has today welcomed Royal Mail’s annual quality of service results.
The Consumer Council is concerned that a technical issue has arisen for Ulster Bank customers which has left some being charged twice for ATM transactions between 4.15pm on Easter Monday to 4.15pm on Tuesday.
The Consumer Council has welcomed the Competition Commission’s final determination which sets the cost to be paid for electricity by consumers over the next three years.
The Consumer Council is calling on Translink to make good on its commitment to operate public transport services that arrive on time.
