The General Consumer Council played host to HM Treasury recently when it held a seminar on the rules on workplace pensions advice and financial advice from voluntary organisations.
The General Consumer Council reacted strongly today to the news that Northern Ireland banks are charging local customers more than their counterparts in Great Britain. The statement comes in reaction to a Which? report published today.
One in four people here does not have a bank account. The shock finding was revealed in “Short Changed”, a new report launched today by the General Consumer Council.
