The Consumer Council welcomes today’s announcement from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) that enforcement action taken against three major airlines has resulted in better support and information for passengers during instances of flight disruption.

The campaign aims to equip holiday makers with knowledge of their rights and responsibilities so they can avoid a horrid holiday howler.
