The Consumer Council is inviting consumers and businesses to come along to our drop-in Consumer Clinic with questions or complaints relating to any consumer issues. 

The next Consumer Clinic will take place on Tuesday 28 August from 10am to 4pm in the Consumer Council’s Belfast city centre premises, Floor 3, Seatem House, 28-32 Alfred Street. Tea/coffee will be provided.

The draft Forward Work Programme 2018-19 lists the activities that we propose to do during that financial year. It can be found at:

  • Whether we have identified the right projects/strategic goals; 
  • Any objections to our proposed projects/strategic goals; and 
  • Any other comments that you may have.
