The draft Forward Work Programme 2018-19 lists the activities that we propose to do during that financial year. It can be found at:

Consumer Parliament 2018

The Consumer Council, in partnership with Derry City and Strabane District Council, is pleased to present the 2018 Consumer Parliament, which will take place on 23 March 2018 at the Guildhall, Derry/Londonderry.

Time: 10am – 3.30pm (Registration from 9am)

The Parliament provides you with the opportunity to raise consumer issues, learn about your consumer rights and, most importantly, how to save money and reduce your household bills.

The Consumer Parliament will include individual breakout sessions, focusing on consumer issues relating to energy, public transport, water services, postal services, broadband and telecoms.

The event is free to attend and lunch and refreshments will be provided - Register early as spaces are limited.
