Public Transport Information Day

The Consumer Council will be on hand to give consumers helpful advice and information on your rights as a passenger and what to do when things go wrong.

Venue: Europa Bus Station, Belfast

The Consumer Council will be at Europa Bus Station, Belfast from 8:30am to 4:00pm on 8 December to provide consumers with information about your rights as a passenger and what to do when things go wrong.

Loretta Daly, Head of Consumer Support at the Consumer Council said “Holding these events is a great opportunity for the Consumer Council not only to share advice and information about what to do when things go wrong, but also to talk to people about their experiences of using public transport and how they feel these services could be improved for everyone. Consumer Council staff will be on hand to provide advice and information about using public transport.”
