Workshop - Saving money on a low income

Do you work with young people, families, adult learners or advise people on their benefit entitlements? Are you interested in finding out more about resources and information that will help you with your day to day work? Then why not come along to this free saving workshop on the 2 July.

Venue: NICVA, Duncairn Gardens, Belfast

Advice NI, Citizens Advice and the Consumer Council are running a free savings workshop.  Come along to hear more about;

  • Saving Gateway – The Government’s plans to give you 50 pence for every £1 saved into an account - £600 over two years you will get £900.  (Conditions apply); 
  • Budgeting and saving tips for young people (aged 14-25); and
  • Helping your clients learn about saving for unexpected billsand Christmas. 

You will also receive free resources on Christmas spending and home budgeting.
