The Buy Rights – Have Your Say pack contains a 12-minute DVD and support materials that has been produced specifically for youth workers and those working with 13-19 year olds to raise young peoples' awareness of their consumer rights and responsibilities.
Exercises in the support materials also aim to increase interpersonal and communication skills, enabling young people to deal positively and confidently with everyday situations that affect them as consumers.
Six lesson plans have been developed for Key Stage 3 Home Economics, Citizenship, Life Skills and Business Studies that directly link to the Buy Rights resource.
We have produced a certificate to award to young people who have worked through the Buy Rights resource. Please use the link below to access the certificate and insert your school or organisation's logo.
