Catch on to Consumer Rights tells people what they need to know about making complaints, spotting faulty goods, asking for refunds or repairs and knowing their shopper’s rights and responsibilities. 

The Consumer Council provides presentation talks on a range of consumers issues to community and volunatary groups.
