With so many products and deals available in the market place, it pays to know your rights and know what to do when problems arise.
This series of Essential Skills worksheets aims to help students improve their know-how when buying goods and tell them where to get help on consumer related problems. Students will learn about everyday purchases, while improving their literacy and numeracy skills.
Each four-page worksheet covers topics like buying a mobile phone or a second-hand car. Worksheets can be printed for reference or used in class.
