Catch on to Consumer Rights - Train the Trainer

Every year, everyone could be £200 better off if they understood their consumer rights and responsibilities. Catch on to Consumer Rights tells you what you need to know about making complaints, spotting faulty goods, asking for refunds or repairs and knowing about your shopper’s rights and responsibilities.
