Got a complaint

The Consumer Council has a dedicated team, Consumer Support, which investigates enquiries and complaints on behalf of consumers about the following services in Northern Ireland: buses, trains, planes, ferries, natural gas, electricity, coal and water.  During our investigations we act on behalf of the consumer and liaise directly with the company involved in an effort to achieve a fair and satisfactory resolution for the individual and to bring about positive change for all consumers in Northern Ireland.
